Yes - Very Happy.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked - Intercontinental Deluxe King, which I believe is now Classic King Garden View.
Received - Junior Suite Ocean View.

How are the rooms?
The room I had was large and spacious and seems to be updated from the images on line - there is a small grill style divider between a Sofa in the room, and the bed. Balcony was very well equipped (soft lighting, chaise, table and chairs) and was a warm sun trap even in November.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A - None at this property.

What was good and what was bad?
Very nice small, intimate hotel, look after Ambassadors well with amenities. Most of the team are eager to please. Good Spa and Small very quiet indoor pool.
Nice rooms, great bathroom, nice location right by station, easy reach of Lisbon and a nice stroll to Cascais.

My stay got off to a rocky start with a poor check-in, and an issue with the room which took some persistence to get resolved. The senior team made a genuine service recovery effort so ultimately I left very happy.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
