Breakfast is normally in Cerise, so I don't think that has changed, but I can't vouch for the Executive Lounge hours, and the Conrad Tokyo website says: "Available but with modified service: Executive Lounge, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurant(s), Pool, Room Service, Spa" so I'm not sure what that means. I have another stay here booked for early next year but this time with Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts with a $125 experience credit (for food, beverages, spa, etc.). I'm hoping that I can get both HH points and Amex Membership Rewards points for the stay (fingers crossed).
