But if the issue is not resolved in time you will have to present your travel documents at the airport." That is what we had to do.. My daughter's COVID test needed to be reviewed, and is still in same status even after completing the trip. The contract lady at Vienna check in said she had heard many similar complaints about Verifly not working.
