I can't vouch for any of them but this one seems a reasonable price, has good reviews and is located right near a MRT station.
I was curious, so I had a look - this one actually looks to be the lab used by MedConsult as well, but had no idea they took direct clients as well.
My experience with MedConsult (and apparrently thus this one) was perfectly fine - results arrived as promised.
