I experienced something similar for SNCF a couple weeks ago where i scanned in my pass sanitaire.
For my int'l flight I also got this Ready2Fly and scanned in my documents. Was approved the next morning and the carte d'embarquement was released into my AF app.
Unfortunately this doesn't gain me much time since I have to still stand in the very long queue (even Skypriority) to drop my checked bag at the disaster that is Frankfurt
