Just got off a second call with Chase, routed from Private Client. It lasted over an hour, as the first rep again had no knowledge of this promotion. I asked to escalate to a supervisor, which the rep willingly agreed to. The supervisor, apparently working from home, took forever to check details and agreed I should have received bonus points, not just for the fourth quarter but for a full year, to September 2022 (huh?) She manually posted bonus points for all my dining expenditures using Freedom Flex since October - they appear as "pending" in my Ultimate Rewards tally. She also provided a direct url contact address (classpass.com/contact) to follow up on missing points. How thoroughly odd....
