The implementation of VeriFLY in terms of time zones leaves a lot to be desired. If you are flying from the US and taking one of the online tests provided by the likes of Klarity then in order to get VeriFLY to accept your test which is timed in UTC time you have to set your phone time to UTC. This then means when you enter the flight details it adjusts the entered flight time to UTC which then means that even though you have all green ticks on VeriFLY it does not match back to BA systems which use local time for departure. It is all a bit of a dogs dinner in IT implementation terms.
