Hi there. About six weeks ago, I completed the Hyatt/ AA status challenge and received Platinum Pro status. I thought i would have the option to choose a choice benefit, but an AA phone representative just told me that status obtained from a status challenge does not get that benefit.

I unfortunately can not find the terms and conditions from that promotion and i was hoping to verify that what the rep said was accurate. Thank you.
