That's a very corporate-friendly take. Let's see, what incremental amount can we charge ($3? $4? $10?) before the guest pushes back, says "hey, we used to get a full continental (and in many places, FULL, hot items included, breakfast), and now I have to pay out of pocket for a muffin and coffee?
