Second stay at a Boston area HGI (but it’s not IN the city of Boston so it only gets the $10)… they have a $10.50 continental buffet or a la carte menu during the week, but on weekends only a $15.95 hot buffet… so basically what we used to get for free but now costs $5.95 + tax after the credit.
Annoyingly, this property is adamant that the credit can only be applied by the night auditor and that they can’t do it at the front desk at check out… but with both stays I’ve had to call in after to get it applied. It’s almost like they’re purposely not doing it and hoping people won’t notice.
If I were you I would stay elsewhere and let the manager know why.
