Top management, Guest relations and FOM have been first class responsive so far after a slightly slow period October/November.

Final product details of food outlets is a tad late coming as is concierge product. Don't think concierge role filled yet. Otherwise they have been excellent so far.

I have two weeks there mid Feb assuming travel rules and conditions do not deteriorate.
