Ubers cannot pick you up at the airport but they can drop you off. Ziva is fairly close to the airport compared to resorts down in Cabo San Lucas. I use Cielito Lindo for transportation. Not the cheapest but totally reliable and they even hand you a beer when you get in the Suburban. Car rentals are fairly cheap and it is very easy to drive around the Los Cabos area.
