No, I'm pretty sure the expiration date is based on when you bought the original ticket, not when the date of the flight is. It's a little funky now because of all the covid waivers, but it's going back to that way
The ecredit T&Cs state ecredits are valid
one year from the date of issuance. When you cancel a flight you are issued the ecredit, so it reads one year from cancelation date and not one year from original ticket purchase.
