Unfortunately the answer is NO.
I basically begged the agent in the Crown Lounge - I had a layover of a couple of hrs last Saturday.
He could not help me and told me too to contact FB/NL. So I asked him if he could connect me, since the phone hold times from the US are long.
The answer was NO - only intern (Schiphol) communications possible.
In the meantime I received a tweet from KLM/NL after waiting for (or giving up) 3 days, with some inquiries.
I don't know yet how far this will lead, but will keep you all posted.
