New rules in Malaga from yesterday and we did run into trouble this morning. Coffee shop asked for covid proof and would not accept CDC cards as needed QR Scan. All very polite, but we had to go elsewhere and got served outside without problem. But it looks like indoor locations now expect app-based verification. Saw a few cases while walking around after breakfast.
