The Athenee has a fantastic pool, otherwise I don't think there's anything particularly great about it.

I'd be inclined to stay somewhere other than SGS next trip, I was so disappointed with their service and service recovery last trip, but my gf loves the location and the theme suites' outdoor spaces.
That's a very sad steak story indeed 😔. In terms of the Athenee comparison, it's the only other LC in Bangkok so I felt that it would be the best comparison if someone prefers this brand.
