Partner award bookings made on or after May 1, 2021 may be canceled online for no fee.
You’re like the umpteenth person on FT who’s asked about this, so it’s obvious AS just need to put this in a marquee font that flashes and is in twelve inch high letters, because nobody understands that there are no fees for partner cancellation. Nil. Zero. Nada. Goose egg.
