All the SEA/JFK flights are showing S (snack) in the GDS for any time of day or night or travel dates. I looked at crystal kitty for more guidance on the topic, but she wouldn't even turn her head my way.

Since Alaska does not put out the meal code on its timetable anymore, it is hard to say.
Knowing the airline, I think it is a "no" more than "yes". Maybe someone flying the 9:50pm redye to JFK can report back soon.
Thanks though for entertaining my question! In the end, I decide against flying a redye and go back to a normal daytime flight.
