This is beyond belief. After blowing 3 hours this morning I went back this afternoon through text message with an agent who executed our no charge change. After it was over I got an email about points dipping and my point total dropped by 192,000 points. This time I refused to use anything other than talking to a human on the phone. Another 1.5 hour wait. Agent had a hard time figuring out what happened but was able to get my points back and identify that our flights are "confirmed". Now when I go to "manage my trip" either mobile or desktop computer to check our seat assignments I get:"There was an error processing your request. Please try again. If you receive this error repeatedly, please contact 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) for assistance."
I just don't get how a company (airline or not) can operate this way and stay in business.
