Do you have a cab company you prefer when making advance reservations? Do you call or use an app?
Considering where you live, my first choice would be United Cab. Long-standing company and the one I have most experience with in NOLA.
I live in Old Jefferson, so I use Metry Cab - no app. 🙂 When returning, like you, I just walk out and get the first available cab.
