Talked to the SE desk today who came to the conclusion that when I cancelled the bookings using my priority rewards they were not redeposited to my account (despite the cancellation confirmation email stating they had). After an hour or so on hold a supervisor managed to add them back manually. For anybody who hasn’t looked at your priority reward balance recently I highly recommend doing so to ensure everything is accurate.
