Am I wrong in thinking of booking a flight as far out as possible and only canceling once I have a use for the ecredit or 48hrs before date of flight to extend the redemption of the ecredit another 12 months?
No, I'm pretty sure the expiration date is based on when you bought the original ticket, not when the date of the flight is. It's a little funky now because of all the covid waivers, but it's going back to that way
