I ‘levelled up’ to Platinum about 6 weeks ago. Account is showing Plat as is virtual card in App. However on bookings old and new it shows benefits of ‘gold’ and doesn’t give me access to platinum benefits like some seats etc.
anyone experienced this glitch or got thoughts on it?
Maybe call up and have them remove your FF number then reinsert it? That may refresh the status profile for the travel.
