Try the texting feature. But, in my opinion, if a company is so unreachable, then I will try to avoid them in the future.
Yup went that route too this morning. Finally gave up. Had to go work on a car but left the phone in chat message. 3 hours later somebody responded. "Hello" "Hello". Then they had the balls to send me a feedback link "How did we do?"
