This 'a piece of fabric over your mouth (but only occassionally)' is getting out of hand. We go home, spend time with our kids and grandkids, hug them and put them to bed all mask-free. It's mostly coming from our kids.

We sit on a plane, where frankly 1/4 of the time we all remove our masks anyhow, yet somehow a piece of fabric over your mouth is some kind of 'guarantee' against covid (overlooking the above).

What's happened to people? Do people genuinely think that a piece of fabric is a guarantee of safety? It's become like a comfort blanket which is ridiculous. Wasn't there some testing recently on planes saying with the flowing air and filter system, it's far safer than sitting mask-off in your favourite restaurant.

People perplex me. A thin bit of fabric over someone's mouth and they are safe. Remove it, all panic is unleashed.
