So from check in with a green agent who had to be corrected by a more senior agent, to the forgetfulness of the orange juice delivery 2 times, along with the fact that the room service was delivered sans food....also without orange juice which was requested upon check in..and again after turn down which still never happened. So with the in room dining it was to be served but still nothing.

On another note Robert was making his round during cocktail hour and was more than pleasant.
