Like Delta, they keep changing their schedules and then don’t let you manage it online. Very frustrating. I’m a little turned off on using JetBlue in the future because of this.
I haven't had problems with schedule changes on delta.dumb in a very, very long time -- at least 7 years. They do have lots of changes but it hasn't been an issue trying to access or manage it, unless you are on a ticket booked by someone else.
