I’ve had some luck using the texting feature. I dealt with a human not an algorithm. That being said, the reason I had to contact them was due to a simple change that I should have been able to do online.
Like Delta, they keep changing their schedules and then don’t let you manage it online. Very frustrating. I’m a little turned off on using JetBlue in the future because of this.
Try the texting feature. But, in my opinion, if a company is so unreachable, then I will try to avoid them in the future.
