No humans at jetblue
Once again Jetblue shines with a stellar performance. Changed my flights on me and gave me three options: Accept, Cancel, or Change. Click on change and it forces you into a chat. Wait greater than 15 minutes. An hour goes by and it says 5-10 more minutes. That was an hour ago. Because Jetblue's IT department is completely incompetent, they tie up their own systems with endless people on hold for something that can be done in minutes online IF they had an IT department. Then there is the endless hours customers have to spend waiting for this poorly managed company.
