That's annoying. While wait times have been longer than usual, the callback option always works for me. They also have support via Android chat, Apple chat, webchat, Facebook Messenger, and Twitter. You might want to try one of those alternate options.

As for Delta, we're glad you never had problems with them, but many others have and Delta and Jetblue are not the only ones with issues.
