I've never flown Jet Blue but I had some questions (see:
Some Jet Blue Questions) so I called them today and was told they had an 85 minute wait time but they offered to call me back. The phone rang at 87 minutes, and said it was JetBlue but it just rang ONCE and stopped. It never called back. So I called back and this time it
DIDN'T offer the callback. So now I have to keep my phone tied up for an estimated 88 minutes while I wait on hold. Why did it offer the callback service on the second call?
I normally fly Delta (I'm a Gold medallion member) and I haven't had these problems with them.
