In fact a voucher (FTV) maybe the best option here (unless something else is going on like a cancelled flight) as you will likely lost £70 going for the cancel and refund option, whereas the voucher will keep all the Avios, cash and 2-4-1 in it. There may be a difference in expiry date to watch out for.
