AS epitomizes ambiguity. Embedded in the fare rules of a saver X ticket it states:

Penalties: CANCELLATIONS TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASE OF CANCEL/NO-SHOW. NOTE - TICKET MAY NOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS PURCHASE OF ANY OTHER TICKET. UNUSED COUPONS HAVE NO RESIDUAL VALUE. CHANGES CHANGES NOT PERMITTED.

So if the fare rules are superceded, AS isn't clearly saying that Saver X tickets can be reissued or the process to do so, nor are they saying that they can't be as "any" does seem inclusive. It is akin to AS saying you get 4 GGUs when you attain MVPG75K when in reality nobody does because you get 4 & 4 only and you get those 4 at MVPG.
