I can check the small print. May be this is the case. This does not justify Lufthansa agents trying to take random amounts of money off me on the phone. If the flight I paid for was £1300 and the rebook price is £1200 for 4 people, on what basis are they asking me to pay £600? The £600 is a fake amount of money.. When I asked them how they calculated £600 they could not tell me. In fact they couldn't even tell me what the cost of each ticket I was trying to purchase was!

How on earth are they trying to charge me money when they can't tell me what it is for, or show me what the actual price is of what I am paying...

This has happened 3 times in a row, with agents giving different phantom prices..

This isn't normal - its extortion - but as its happening on a phone call with nothing written down so no-one can find out :-(

I can try the agents with a slightly more expensive ticket and see if they accept that - or whether they continue to try and hold me to ransom by making me pay exhorbitant extra amounts of money to rebook.
