Thanks. I sent an email to that address and received a "frustrating useless reply." I assume the same staff handles all AAdvantage emails and that emails from EXP aren't handled by special staff. On the other hand, I know there's such a thing as the EXP Liaison Desk, or something like that, but have no idea how or where to contact them.
