If you are looking at it like any other hotel stay, albeit just one with some free food, and are not into the whole atmosphere and activity list and environment that Miraval gives, then save your points and go somewhere else because you are going to be unhappy. If you are into that whole thing, then it is not about the hotel stay itself.
