My tale of woe: Today is Sunday and last night the cruise that we were booked for cancelled so I need to cancel my AVIOS/Companion tix BA booking which is scheduled to depart this coming Tuesday!
I have been on the phone calling (literally a hundred times) trying to get through to BA to cancel the rapidly approaching flight.
After many, many attempts at getting through Executive Blue line (previous attempts had rapid busy signal) call was answered by pre-recorded message stating that they were not taking calls and to try again some other time!
My question is: does anyone have any information as to a number to call that would be answered to accomplish what I need to do to cancel my flight and apply for refund of monies, points and companion voucher???
I appreciate anyone that can help!
