Just last clarifying question - if you are renting a car at UC location, then to be able to select UC cars, you need to rent a minimum FCAR?

So as a summary, for a PC member:
- UC location, non-FCAR reserved: one class of upgrade up to FCAR (example: reserve Economy car, upgraded to Standard)
- UC location, FCAR reserved: select cars from UC stall
- Non-UC location: whatever class reserved, one class upgrade, subject to availability (and niceness of the ground staff)

Would above be correct description of the process/procedures?
