That wasn't the case for me in SAT last month. I had specifically booked a hybrid as I had a trip to Dallas and back and wanted the best MPG vehicle. When I went to pick up, my name was on the Gold board to just go to the generic PC rows. I asked in the Gold desk and she said something along the lines of "well the hybrids are usually the Fusion's, just look for one of those". Needless to say that the one Fusion that I saw was not a hybrid.

I just took whatever then. I didn't raise a stink because the hybrid rate was the same as the rstandard rate, but I was still a bit upset.
