Oh dear -- that's what I was afraid of. I'm trying to avoid a visit to what I expect to be an overcrowded ticket counter just to be approved for a carry-on! This is something that obviously could/should be handled at the gate, but that wouldn't be the Frontier way.
Or maybe they don’t want to slow down the boarding process for the entire plane to check people’s military ID’s.
I think it’s great that they are offering this perk and hopefully others to members of the military but seems odd to complain about getting a free perk.
