Thanks for clarifying. So in essence - if you are PC member and rent a car from a location where Ultimate Choice is offered, and have reserved a full-size car, then you might get a winning ticket in a lottery 'get a car you like from UC stall', but nothing is guaranteed.

However, if you are PC member and renting a car from a location where UC is not offered, would you be given one class upgrade (if available) regardless of the class you booked?
