Southwest Delay Call

Sent in a complaint about a 50-min delay for a 50-min flight a few days ago. Just received a call from WN apologizing for the delay and asking if I had any questions. No compensation given.
Being a mainly-AS or OneWorld flyer I have not really had someone call me for a delay. Really appreciate the call as it seems to make things much more personal (even though it probably was scripted)!
That's all, no rant here, obviously the delay sucks, but really appreciate the service recovery.
