looming changes to refundability of tickets?!
With the current news of omicron covid spread, policy change of refundability of tickets may be coming.

If there is a change, likely it will be a credit to your wallet with expiration date near end of 2022.

Timing is the key issue here. A full refund to your credit card is unlikely but it all depends on how omicron spread and Impact travels around the world.
