I have never seen a pop-up like that on the BA website. Chat bots do pop up in annoying ways on many other websites. Maybe I have to be searching for flights or something? Should I start in MMB after logging in?
I have written down the numbers for some of the international BAEC lines and may try that next. First I have to check with our mobile carrier to see how much it will cost, per minute of wait time. Mexico will probably work best for me, calling from the USA.
