OLCI asked me to add my passport, even though the passport page had all the info already filled in and said verified by Delta, then said I must show docs at the airport. MXP-JFK it did work.
We uploaded test results. We had previously uploaded vaccine cards for the JFK-MXP leg. The system retained the card for one of us, but the other had to upload again. We received emails that the docs were successfully verified.
OLCI worked properly. We got boarding passes with a FlyRdy notation, but an indication to check passports. These got as through fast track security and to the gate.
At the gate they called our names, looked at passports, then stared at their screens for a while. I got a new boarding pass, my wife (with a different agent) got docs ok scribbled on her home printed BP. When boarding at the gate, the check-in agent said since I checked in online I had to see an agent at the desk, even though I been given a BP on DL stock by a desk agent. After some discussion (and the whole did you pack your own bags routine) she let us proceed.
