The Korean version of the website says the same thing as the English - report it to staff and they'll file the report. So, if you didn't do that, your only option is just the general "Customer Feedback" form

They have a damaged bag form specifically on the page you linked, you could probably try that. No personal experience.
My wife is Korean so maybe I'll just try and find a phone number and have her call them.
