Interesting, I did receive an e-mail on 10 December from Aer Lingus -

"Dear Customer,

Thank you for your voucher request. Your booking has been cancelled and you do not need to take any further action.

Your Aer Lingus voucher will be sent to you shortly. Due to the large number of people changing their travel plans, there may be a slight delay.

We’ll be sending one voucher per booking so the person who made the booking will receive the voucher.

Vouchers are issued for flights booked via aerlingus.com only. If you made your booking via a travel agent, please contact your agent who’ll help you with changing your flight.

We look forward to welcoming you on board – when it works for you.

The Aer Lingus team"

I didn't receive anything else apart from that.

The booking was not complex, as I said, it was a straight Plus fare, DUB-CDG with included bag and I chose a seat. Maybe the seat selection makes it complex...

Anyway, we'll see when it lands with me... I want it so I can rebook
