I have a Property Irregularity Report from Korean Air. I've spent nearly US$250 for clothing and toiletries for two persons...one delayed bag each.

I can't find the answer on Korean Air's website: https://www.koreanair.com/cn/en/airp.../baggage-delay
Did you file a claim at BKK airport to the Korean Air baggage staff (or whoever handles it for them)? Or the Korean Air office at BKK?

The Korean version of the website says the same thing as the English - report it to staff and they'll file the report. So, if you didn't do that, your only option is just the general "Customer Feedback" form https://www.koreanair.com/footer/cus...ck/write/step2

They have a damaged bag form specifically on the page you linked, you could probably try that. No personal experience.
