How do I file a claim for delayed luggage on Korean Air?
PDX-SEA-ICN-BKK. Delta left my luggage in SEA which resulted in it not being delivered to me in BKK for 36 hours after my arrival. Last flight was KE 653 (ICN-BKK) so I understand that Korean Air is responsible for compensating me and not Delta (even though it is Delta's fault).
I have a Property Irregularity Report from Korean Air. I've spent nearly US$250 for clothing and toiletries for two persons...one delayed bag each.
