I was fully thinking I was going to use the breakfast coupons over at the other hotel, via credit, but the 'box' breakfast has been nice to 1) stock up on drinks 2) have extra food for later 3) some variety Also, in lieu of the extremely paltry points offered in lieu of an "$18" breakfast, it was an easy choice. Not pictured, is the option for the breakfast sandwich (bacon/egg/cheese or sausage/egg/cheese on croissant) and a drink.

box bfast

Also bottle of orange juice included

I didn't take pictures of the hallways, but you can see the "score lines" of dirt where pictures must have hung all along the hallways. Only thing missing was the drill holes for the pending dynamite when it's brought down. eventually. They keep the lobby/pool/etc areas nice/presentable and staff was nice/helpful as well. The beach chair (for t. elite) and towel looks like the same from many other hotels near the beach. They said to keep it in the hotel room and return at the end of my stay. I approached the front desk and was assured there wouldn't be a charge, as I thought it was good for 2 days, not the length of your stay. Also was told, even if I didn't turn it in (left in room) I wouldn't be charged...I plan to return them before I leave, but we'll see if any extra charges. According to the page of info you get when checking in, it's a $15 charge for not returning one of the two "towel cards" Was told that wouldn't be an issue either  We'll see. My last marriott stay (not this hotel) had valet charges, yet not car rental, so hoping not to have to deal with something similar, after the fact.

Nice view
